Radio Laurier is a web-based radio station that relaunched Friday, January 8, 2010 in Waterloo, ON, as the official campus radio station of Wilfrid Laurier University. It is the newest department of Wilfrid Laurier University Student Publications (WLUSP), a student-run media organization on campus. Though Radio Laurier has existed in other forms previously, it joined WLUSP in May of 2009 and began revamping its structure and programming to become a professional campus radio station. Radio Laurier recently joined the National Campus and Community Radio Association (NCRA), a collective of over 70 stations across Canada.
