New Rock Edge: Episode 6: Heart (Ache Or Break) + Sea To Sky Interview

Hope your reading week has been going awesome. Too bad it's ending though...sigh...what a heartbreak. Speaking of which that's pretty much the main topic with this weeks show as a post-Valentine's day episode. This episode will feature the downsides to the heart and the obstacles that come about as a result.
After talking with numerous friends about Valentine's Day (not the movie) and seeing the total opposition towards it I find it worthy of looking into. This episode will not contain your typical love song that you hear in mainstream radio however it will be filled with a ton of rock artists that you will recognize in a heartbeat (for the most part...there are a few random other bands in there as well who rock hard as well). Such bands include Linkin Park, Tupelo Honey, Breaking Benjamin, and Staind to name a few. Though I pick the songs each week I can tell you right now that this episode is by far my favourite of them all and you definitely don't want to miss out on it!
On the topic regarding not missing out on the show there will be a band coming into the studio later on tonight. This band is Sea To Sky and they are a Waterloo-based band. They rock extremely hard and have an eccentric stage presence during their shows. I've been to my share of them and trust me it's wild. They will come in around 7:20 - 7:30 and will most likely stay until the end of the show so make sure to tune in for that! Also, if you can, try and make it out to their show over at Maxwell's Music House located on 220 King Street near the back of the plaza if you're in the area that is.
