That's tough. I definately lean opposite to you. The best Beatles occured after Rubber Soul in my opinion. Once they learned how to use the studio as an instrument, they became a whole new band. Not only that, post 1965 Lennon/McCartney song writing was so much deeper and not the same old "boy meets girl, boy girl fall in love" style of writing. That's not to say those songs don't have their spot in music history. But as for my Beatles faves - Revolver or Abbey Road is a coin toss each day for my favourite album. And then take your pick for what I think is their best song - I Saw Her Standing There, Tomorrow Never Knows, She Said She Said, Oh Darling, I Want You (She's So Heavy), I'm So Tired, Get Back...This list could be much longer, but I'll stop there.
