This week’s episode is dedicated to all things cute, and you wouldn’t believe how many things there are. Whether it’s the overt intention to be cute or it’s implied, we must admit the pervasive attraction to cuteness.
Wikipedia sez:
Konrad Lorenz argued in 1949 that infantile features triggered nurturing responses in adults and that this was an evolutionary adaptation which helped ensure that adults cared for their children, ultimately securing the survival of the species.
So I emote because i’m a survivor?
cool.
Also..
is it safe to say then that the emotional response to something being cute is akin to making a fetish of the young?
weird.
But that’s not a cute subject. Something more appropriate?
KITTIES!
and lots of furry fluffy adorable little cute little sweet rabbity things.
see how language changes when describing cute?
Enjoy the fluff

Sam
