Submit Music to the Station

Radio Laurier welcomes all music submissions, but we do ask that the following guidelines are adhered to:

•  Please mail all music in CD or Vinyl format to

• Music may be dropped off in person at the booth, located in the main building on the Wilfrid Laurier University Campus (beside the Bookstore).
• Please ensure all submissions are clearly labelled with the style of music and contact information.
• TRACKING INFORMATION: We are currently in the middle of switching broadcasting software and we cannot provide tracking info until the switch is complete.  

Additional tips for getting your music on air:

• Include a press release or letter with your submission that includes additional information about yourself and your music.
• If there is a specific host you would like your submission to go to, you may address it to them at the address provided above.
• A little personalization goes a long way; Call or email us to let us know you’ll be sending something!
